Sensei Britni Alford-Parker
Before actually starting her martial arts journey, Sensei Britni became inspired from watching old martial arts movie with her father. She officially started her martial arts journey in Elk Grove Parks and Recreation (now Cosumnes Services District) at the age of 12 under Shihan Jack Raderchak. From there, the rest is history (just kidding!).
She has competed in international tournaments and have placed 1st and 2nd in kumite (sparring) and 4th in kata.
Since taking over in 2019, Sensei Britni has continued to carry on the traditional aspects of Kyokushin...while adding her own touches to teaching. She also continued to teach karate on Zoom during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Her favorite part of karate? Inspiring others....and kumite (sparring).
When she isn't teaching classes through CSD, she is an elementary teacher in the Elk Grove Unified School District (where she even teaches an after school karate class at her site!). She also loves sewing and trying to learn the ukulele.
She currently holds a Sandan in Kyokushin Karate and a Shodan in Aiki Jujitsu.
Here is the history of when Sensei Britni has received her black belts:
Sandan (3rd degree black belt) in Kyokushin Karate - 2019
Nidan (2nd degree black belt) in Kyokushin Karate - 2014
Shodan (1st degree black belt) in Aiki Jujitsu - 2014
Shodan (1st degree black belt) in Kyokushin Karate- 2009
