Out of the Darkness Walk

Hello everyone,

This announcement has been posted in class and on our social media, but I'm moving over to the blog.

This is the message that we have shared in class and on social media:

"To honor one of our very own, our beloved Katelyn Vo who left us too early last year in April, we want to honor her at the Out of the Darkness Walk on September 28th. This is a fundraiser and opportunity to raise awareness.

Katelyn was one of our brightest stars and reaching new heights when she chose a different path. We will always remember her for the light and energy she shined on each of us through her smile, laughter and wit as one of our youngest, funniest and most talented black belt instructor at School of the Tiger. We will honor her memory and her legacy through this Out of the Darkness Walk.

We want to thank everyone who has contributed to our team in any way. As of today, our team is at $260 out of our $1,000 goal. The walk is on the 28th of September, but you can donate until December 31, 2019.
