 Ages 6-13 (Beginner), 14+ (intermediate and jujitsu)
This ongoing course is designed for teens, young adults, and parents who wishes to participate in a style of martial arts that promotes a strong bond through achieving mutual goals. Work together with your son, daughter, husband, wife, or with fellow students learning a combination of Jujitsu and Karate. Practice together, learn together, achieve together.

Self-Defense for Women

This month long workshop will provide women the tools to be safe in today's environment. Subjects to be covered are, awareness, weapons, escapes, strikes, takedowns, and how not to become a target. Each course will have a guest speaker from one of the local law enforcement agencies.
